My favorite place to shop in Vegreville. The store is fairly new but cdn tire has been in Vegreville for decades. The staff are friendly and have average to above average knowledge of skilled trade information to help you with. They are happy to help you find what you are looking for even if they do not know very much about the trade ie: they have a huge well stocked inventory of every type of supply lines, connectors and ABS parts for plumbing. The staff may not have the knowledge to help you know what you need but if you know they will help you find it. They have excellent stock of parts for any job, construction, auto, outdoor yard and garden, home decor, and every day items especially cleaning supplies and equipment, patio, garden, camping, hunting, sporting goods and much more for very competitive prices. They have excellent sales with items regularly on sale for 50 - 75% off. The store is bright, clean, well laid out and organized. They have a very good variety of new merchandise coming in regularly. You will always easily find what you are looking for and new modern trendy items. I have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and are interested in their customers and if you let them know you want something they don't currently have they probably will soon. The parking lot is huge. Theres a Mark's work warehouse attached. There are public washrooms and a waiting area if you are having auto work done. Also, there are other businesses near by; Walmart, Tim Hortons, dollar store, liquor store, money mart, Boston Pizza, hotel, gas, McDonalds making it a very good location. They have longer store hours in the summer and are open 7 days a week. I have no complaints whatsoever about Vegreville Canadian Tire other than I probably spend to much time there and I DO NOT like shopping. I do enjoy it there!
Worst Canadian Tire store i've been too. So confusing to shop as some items are in one place and others are in another. The staff is very rude and not very knowledgeable. I asked to find a product they carried and the staff said they didn't have it in the store when about 5 min later I went to look for it and found what I needed. Total incompetence.
Will never return to Canadian Tire ever again. My husband has had a Cdn. Tire credit card for years and yet we were treated very badly by the head Store Manager and a few of the staff. The credit card will b cancelled.
More experienced staff is needed, and then they have more knowledge of the store and products being sold , as well as provide exceptional customer service.Training...training...training!!
Great place but the auto service is a rip off I witnessed them telling At a customer when the customer wanted a better explanation on a bill they charged double then what they quoted very bad
