I financed a used car from this dealership and was given a lemon. It had so many issues that were covered up by the owner, so they could just sell the car. When I discovered the cover ups and tried to return the car or at least get them to fix it, I was given a bunch of excuses and the run around. Now they won’t even respond to my requests for the repairs. Beware of this dealership and go elsewhere. Their customer service is pathetic. They just want to make a sale and will sell you a piece of garbage that is way overpriced.
Cant thank the crew at Maddigan enough! Especially Dana in service, Dexter in sales, & their mechanic Jody. I was heading past Vegreville for work and broke down on the highway. I called them Dana agreed she could get it in right away and get me back on the road. I got my truck towed to them and their mechanic Jody jumped right on it. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable with my ford diesel and even showed me a couple other issues that I should address on the truck. Dexter in sales was very pleasant as well, he was also very friendly and even personally gave me a ride to get some lunch while I waited for my truck. On the other hand Dana was hands down amazing with how much she helped, from dealing with the tow company, to getting a mechanic on it ASAP, & the deal she gave me, ultimately getting me back on the road.
I love going to this place the shop and I think that they're honest workers and Ive never had problems with this place! highly recommended!Very nice people they live up to their slogan "Where People matter"
Bought a vehicle from them four years ago. They still send me junk mail, despite my cancelation from theyre mailing lists.When I was there the first time they had good service, went back about 2 years ago and they really brought the cliche car dealer alive. Good luck!

I strongly suggest you don't buy from them!! I went in to purchase a vehicle, I at first was not approved so I said ok. Then they said well just wait 5 mins. They then made fraudulent changes to my application to get me into a vehicle without my knowledge. I later found out from the bank that they had made these fraudulent changes. When I confronted them they refused to do anything to make it right. This dealership will do anything to make sure they make a sale and for over twice the amount the vehicle is worth. They are scamming anyone they can just to make a sale!! Stay far far far far away from this dealership, they will do anything like falsifying information without your knowledge just to make a sale! On top of that the vehicle was from out of province and when I went to register it the out of province inspection was not done on the vehicle! Horrible place!!
