Rodney was a great salesman. He was patient and answered all my questions. I purchased a 2013 Ford Flex and they delivered to Lloydminster for me. If I have a complaint its the fact of the slight damage on the passenger door that the delivery driver said he couldn't see. So I wasn't impressed with them.
Very friendly people. We called them a head of time to come view a 2014 Ford Edge Sport that weve been searching for all day. We were let down multiple times that day trying to find one and being mislead or sold out from under us. These guys came to our rescue. We arrived there and went to go see the vehicle and by the time we got to it they spotted us and had it unlocked. Which was nice because we went to multiple dealerships that day and out of all of them, not 1 sales person came to greet us. We went for a nice test drive and fell in love. We were on a very tight time schedule having to drive another 5 hours to work and being at the end of the day, these guys worked their magic and pulled everything together with servicing and had everything ready to go. All persons involved from our salesman Simon, Tori from financing, service department, manager and the guys who helped deliver the Edge so we could swap vehicles to drive up north. Awesome job by all and we thank you. We love our new ride. See you soon.
I highly recommend Veg Ford and Simon St. Michel to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle. Simon is obviously a very intelligent and knowledgeable person, who took any questions and concerns I had, seriously. He promptly returned my calls with any information I needed, without fail. His method of comparing three different trucks, helped me decide on the one that fit my needs the best, even though it was not the highest priced one. Everything we agreed to was done without delay, and the truck was ready to go, on time, cleaned, warmed up, with a full tank of fuel. I would buy from this dealership/salesman again.
