Stayed there a lot. Rooms are decent for the price. It's not a new motel but the lobby has been nicely renovated and the hot tub room is quite nice. Parking is convenient. Some amenities close by. It's in my top 2 first choices for accommodations in Vegreville based on good value for the price.
Made a reservation as I was coming to Vegreville, I checked in around 6:30 then had to do running around and I ended up needing to go back home so I didn't need the room, they did not refund me nothing or even offer anything maybe for the next time I come, but there will be no next time. You said you're a "business" so you only care about money? A real business would care about their valued customers.
Surprisingly big rooms and the upkeep of it all was pretty good too
Make sure you dont leave anything of value behind.Apparently they dont have time to mail your belongings or enough man power to deal with. Customer service was poor. No co operation of any sort. Rooms were satisfactory.Im curious how they send mail out....
This place was awesome the best were so comfy the lights were working and the shower had water coming out of the spout. Very nice would visit again
